BusinessAnalysis.in (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website businessanalysis.in (the “Site”) and provides the AI-Powered Business Analyst training program. Information you give us. When you submit the “Book Free Consultation” or “Apply Now / Enroll Now” form, we collect your full name, email address and phone number. For applications we also collect your highest qualification, current status (student / working professional) and, optionally, your city.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics, which collects standard usage data (such as pages visited, device and browser type, and approximate location) via cookies to help us understand and improve the Site.

2. How we use your information

• To contact you by phone call, WhatsApp or email about your consultation or application;
• To process and respond to your enrollment or admission enquiry;
• To send you information relevant to the program you enquired about;
• To operate, analyse and improve our Site and services.

We contact leads manually — submitting a form does not enroll you or charge you.

3. Where your information is stored

Form submissions are stored in Google Sheets (Google Workspace) and website analytics are processed by Google Analytics. Your data is therefore processed by Google as our service provider. If you choose to communicate with us on WhatsApp, that conversation is handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their own terms.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 cookies to measure traffic and improve the Site. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings; doing so will not prevent you from using the Site.
