Welcome to businessanalysis.in. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your enrollment in our training program, operated by BusinessAnalysis.in (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site or enrolling, you agree to these Terms.

1. The program

We offer an educational training program covering Business Analysis, 20+ AI tools and a project-based learning internship, delivered through live online classes, mentorship and one-to-one evaluation, currently offered at ₹5,999. Program content, tools, schedule and inclusions may be updated to keep pace with the industry.

2. Placement assistance — not a job guarantee

We provide placement assistance such as resume building, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, mock interviews and curated job alerts. We do not guarantee employment, any specific salary, or any particular outcome. Testimonials, salary figures and timelines shown on our Site are self-reported and illustrative, are not typical, and your results will depend on your own effort, background and prevailing market conditions.

3. Enrollment & fees

Program fees are as displayed on the Site at the time of enrollment. Enquiries submitted through our forms are followed up by our admissions team; submitting a form does not by itself create an enrollment or a payment obligation. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.

4. Refunds

Program fees are non-refundable once enrollment is confirmed and access/onboarding is provided. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information;
• Use the program for your own learning;
• Attend classes and complete work as required to benefit from the program;
• Do not record, copy, resell or redistribute our content or materials.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, content, branding and resources provided by BusinessAnalysis.in are our intellectual property and are licensed to you for personal learning only. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit them without our written permission.

7. Third-party tools

The program teaches third-party AI tools (for example ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and others). Your use of those tools is subject to their respective terms and pricing, which are outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BusinessAnalysis.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or program. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you have paid to us.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Site or program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
