Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to enrollments in the training program offered by BusinessAnalysis.in.

1. No refund after enrollment/access

Because our program delivers immediate value — live classes, learning materials, mentorship and a project-based learning internship — program fees are non-refundable once your enrollment is confirmed and access or onboarding has been provided.

2. Before access is granted

If you have made a payment but wish to cancel before your enrollment is confirmed and before any access or onboarding is provided, please contact us as soon as possible and we will review your request.

3. Duplicate or erroneous payments

If you are charged more than once for the same enrollment, or a clear technical/erroneous payment occurs, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method after verification.

4. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund
